1.2 By creating an account, accessing, or using the Aerologue platform (the "Service"), including our website at aerologue.com, our web application, and any associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (Doc #61, AERO-LEGAL-PRIV-001), and our Cookie Policy.

2. Service Description

2.1 Aerologue is a travel application for air passengers that provides the following features:

(a) Flight Tracking: Real-time aircraft tracking using publicly broadcast ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance -- Broadcast) data, displayed on interactive 2D maps and a 3D globe.

(b) Geo-Learning: Location-triggered educational content, including factoids and quizzes relating to regions overflown during a flight.

(c) Aviation Games: Interactive games that use live flight data and aviation themes, including simulation games.

(d) Travel Wallet: Secure storage for travel documents such as boarding passes, passport copies, visa documents, and travel insurance, together with an integrated eSIM marketplace and transit information.

(e) Destination Advertising: Contextual advertisements for travel-related services at your destination, clearly identified as sponsored content.

(f) Gamification: Points, achievements, leaderboards, and travel statistics that reward engagement across all features.

2.2 The Service is provided primarily as a web application and may be extended to native mobile applications in the future.

2.3 Certain features require an active internet connection. In-flight features are designed to work over in-flight WiFi where available.

2.4 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, subject to our obligations under applicable consumer law.

3. Account Registration

12.4 Aerologue shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from your reliance on the Travel Wallet as your sole source of travel documentation.

12.5 Documents uploaded to the Travel Wallet are encrypted at rest and in transit. For further details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (Doc #61, AERO-LEGAL-PRIV-001).
